Here are a few answers to our most commonly asked questions
When will I get my headshot(s)?
Standard turn around time is 1 week. Depending on how many headshots you purchase, we will deliver them as soon as possible. Need one by a certain deadline? Let us know when we photograph you!
How will I get my headshot(s)?
We will deliver your headshot(s) via email in a dropbox link. There will be multiple sizes for multiple uses (social media, website, print, etc). Let us know if you need a certain size not already included and we can do that too!
Can I purchase more than one?
Yes! We'll have a few background options and photograph you in multiple "poses", so it's possible you'll want more than 1 headshot. They are $49/headshot.
Can I sign up the day of the meeting?
Yes. If you don't schedule online beforehand and there are time slots still available, you can sign up the day of the meeting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, check, and paypal payments.
What should I wear?
Download our What to Wear Guide for Headshots for all the info. Feel free to bring more than one option too.
What should I do for hair/makeup?
Wear your hair the way you like best (not a brand new hair cut or hair style). If you wear makeup normally, just wear a little more than normal, it photographs as less than it looks to the eye.
